leave your hair as it is . let it grow naturally. twice in a week take scalp massage with wheatgerm oil. and in the morning wash with mild shampoo.

I went to cosmetology school many years ago and run into the same problem with my highlighted hair from time to time. The best solution I have found is to low light (back to your original hair color) with a demi permanent hair color so there is no peroxide being used to lift but you will still get the highlight effect until it grows out. I trim often and unfortunately have to low light often too. Working out over highlighted hair is a challenge.

I am transitioning as well and I use Mineral Indulgence on my hair as well as my customers. Their products are 100% natural (no mineral oil, petroleum, preservatives,dyes, ect) and are made for Black women BY Black women. The Kiwi Coconut Hair Smoothie smells heavenly and deeply moisturizes hair as well as accentuates the natural waves and curls in Black hair. I also use the Napturally Sulfate Free Shampoo, because it detangles natural and transitioned hair really well (you should DEFINITELY consider this product, your hair will be unbelievably soft). My little girl had a itchy dry scalp and I used the Shea and Cocoa Butter Hair Creme along with the herbal remedies scalp serum to clear up her scalp issue. I’m not sure what store they sell their products in, but I do know that you can order samples of the products you are interested in.

If you do decide to purchase though I would recommend the : Kiwi Coconut Smoothie, Napturally Sulfate Free Shampoo, Jojoba & Coconut hair lotion, and Shea and Mango Butter conditioner.

It is possible to get extensions sewn/weaved in your hair, although finding the right colour is tricky. Looking in big cities with alot of hair places is the best way to find your colour. The extension doesn't have to be natural either. Hair stylists can braid your hair in tiny braids, weaving in extensions. They turn out awesome, and if you have the right colour, everyone with think its all natural.

Moisturizing shampoo and conditioner then when finished put some Infusion and leave it in style the way you want when wet then let it dry. You can also get flattening iron same as above and completely straighten this way get the new ion kind and make sure it is very hot or it will not work well. I would not I repeat not put relaxer on it we already have dry brittle hair that drys it all the way out even to the scalp mine actually turned an orange color and I had it professional done she said my hair was so dry that it fried it took me 2 wigs and 1 year to get thru that I was a Senior in high school yuk! first shampoo and condition your hair, then you want to get a round bristled hairbrush and blow your hair out after that flat iron it use some hair spray and that's it.
